it was nice experience. As this was my 1st trip with the travelius, i was doubtful. But these guys proved me wrong. They provided excellent service and I am happy with this.I will surely recommend my friends to have trip with the travelius. Few recommendation – 1. last day in darjeeling could have been spent in more better way. Instead of dropping us to hotel at 2pm, you could have roam us around city and botanical garden. 2.In hotel, instead of asking us what to prepare, hotel people can offer us buffet and we will decide what to have. Rest everything was perfect.

Had a great tour. Abhishek from The Travelius was the best to plan and arrange travel. Gave for best price as well. Customized as per our requirements. Stayed in Hotel mercure in paris which was close to the railway station. It was close to Indian restaurants which helped us a lot. In Swiss, Interlaken was the best place to stay in Swiss. Stayed in Hotel Crystal which was close to Interlaken west station. Swiss pass helped us in travelling to all places. Hotel Flag in zurich was also nice but liked Interlaken more. Visited Mt Jungfrau and Mt Titlis in Swiss. Rhine falls near Zurich. Had no problems in any of the places. Looking forward for more such trips 🙂

The entire trip was well planned, nicely arranged and hassle free. Thanks to The Travelius for making the memorable trip. The only difficulty faced was for Indian vegetarian food. The breakfast items served in Widyas villa are not at all nice. There are only 2 options and were not suitable for Indian vegetarians. Other than that, everything gone so well.

Booked 4 night 5 day family trip (6 adults and 1 Kids) through the travelius. Arshad from the travelius did an amazing job both finding me great deals at hotels of my choice (Atlantis) and also booked the luxury options I asked for desert safari, private yatch tours etc. When it came to tours, I was offered great flexibility is building a bespoke experience for my family. Hi,I got my honeymoon trip planned through The Travelius. The Service Provided by the agency and Mr. Abhishek was excellent. All the sites included were excellent and we didn’t face any problem in locating the contact person. Everything was in place and on time.The hotel in Venice was not what we have expected as the room was very very small and the location was far away from island. Hotel in Rome was excellent. Hotel in Florence was good but the location was not very good. The hotel staff at Rome & Florence were very cooperative.We really had a great time throughout our tour and we thankyou for all the efforts put in by your team for making our trip a memorable one.

Aamir from The Travelius was extremely responsible and made excellent arrangements, we had senior citizens with us. He made best plans for us. This was an amazing and pleasant journey for all of us. In Gangtok we stayed for 3 nights at Tara Palace. The stay was very pleasant and luxurious. The cab and drivers provided for the entire trip was very good. Next we stayed for 2 nights at Barfung Retreat in Ravangla. The stay was amazing with the location and view from there was mesmerizing. The services provided by the hotel was also excellent. Thanks to Arnav and TT for making this trip memorable.If you are going to Ravangla then Barfung Retreat is a must place to stay and enjoy the scenic beauty. In Gangtok Tara Palace is really luxurious and pleasant stay.

The trip organised by the travelius was really a memorable one. The hotels and the location of the hotels could have been better as we had to incur significant cost for cabs and travel.However, overall the trip was really good.

First time ever i have seen snowfall in my life, it was a very good experience, I booked through The Travelius, No cheating, fair deal, nice hotel, Help full staff, I love to stay in Manali Heights in future and i personally recommend this hotel to others. When i heard about the travelius, first i was pretty much skeptical as i did not know much about their work. Even though i received much cheaper quotes from other travel companies, i still opted for the travelius as the hotels and itinerary provided by them was awesome (felt as if it was unrealistic). After late night flight from India and a 2 hour halt at kuala lampur, we both (Me and my wife) were very tired and wanted to reach the hotel and sleep. First hotel was located in a very beautiful traditional remote village of bali. Hotel itself had very limited rooms. Room allotted to us had a hall with a huge bedroom along with a private pool. Romantic dinner which was a part of the package was very beautiful as it fortunately coincided on a full moon day. Second was also a beautiful hotel but as it was a huge property it was very crowded. Main advantage was the property was just a snails walk from the beach. All tours and transfer were on a private basis with the cab service always on time on all the days. Kudos to The Travelius team for everything. Hope to book all further travels with the travelius.

I was searching for various travel packages options and then I was introduced to The Travelius by a friend. I was amazed by the responses I got from this travel firm. My contact point was Mr. Karan who had a thorough knowledge of Singapore and Phuket and he shared the best itinerary options with me. The overall experience with The Travelius was very good as they provided one stop solution for hotels, cabs, attraction tickets, insurance and forex. They catered to me very well in a friendly and hassle free way. Mr Karan explained everything very well and the itinerary was well designed in terms of activities. Only problem I faced was that Universal studios Singapore was planned on sunday and it was a huge rush day and which could have been on a weekday. Regarding my trip the best part was Universal Studios , Wings of time and River Safari. Being a vegetarian , I was worried about food options in Singapore and Phuket but the hotel and its vicinity had enough options to have a proper meal. Hi, I really appreciate the efforts of Mr. Suraj from The Travelius. He closed the deal and customized the quote as per my requirements. I supposed to land in Kochi early in the morning and requested early pick up (I was surprised to see driver at 4 AM IST). All Hotels were good. Cab Driver was also supportive. I had to followup for Hotel Vouchers and Driver contact details but Suraj provided me these on 1st reminder call. Over all it was a great experience

We had fantastic tour in Kerala. The cab driver provided by The Travelius was good and also hotels was excellent. People who land before check in time then there should be provision for a room to rest till the actual room id not available. Due unavailability of early check in room have to pay extra SGD 55, which was unnecessary burden on me. Apart from this the tour was managed perfectly. The punctuality of Singapore team was awesome. Whatever was promised it was provided.

Had a great trip in Bali scheduled by Lohit in The Travelius and I must say The Travelius team is very professional and special thanks to Lohit for giving a lifetime memory.We enjoyed a lot the whole trip where we stayed at Legiene street in White kuta, where we have the luxury of shopping and Night Clubs at foot steps.The best piece is the Bounty Cruise and Alam Puri Villa. Such a green place close to nature will relax you a lot and give a lifetime experience.Driver named Sadec was such a good human being that he remain happy with whatsoever request we made to him. He was punctual and very friendly as well. We had a fear if new place, currency and related factors but the support from The Travelius made it as easy as it’s in hometown. best part of the trip is the driver was friendly with us and guided the best possible time schedule for every place and covered all of the places mentioned in the schedule provided to us at the time of booking.the team was responsive all the time and cleared every doubt raised by us.they provided the best hotels possible with in our budget and they did not even charge extra penny. Maldives was a very amazing and memorable experience for us. All thanks to The Travelius. The resorts ‘SunAqua vilu reef’ was as good as it is in pictures. The info and timely vouchers provided by Ms Shruti was very helpful. You were always approachable and helpful. The only bone of contention was that the water sports like Jetski ride and Snorkelling which were part of the package were not entitled once we reached resort, it was not previously tied up.

Hotels – Grand Ixora at Kuta and Benoa Suites and Villas at Benoa were awesome, especially latter being the best in the terms of space and view. Food was good at both the hotels and had decent service. Grand Ixora Room was bit small which wasn’t very expected. Driver and Cab were both nice. Cab were clean and spacious. We enjoyed quite a lot. Watersports should contain scuba diving instead of Banana Boat which is not a good sea sport.Trip to Ubud and Kitamani was certainly memorable. Bounty Cruise was another highlight of the trip.

We booked a trip to Goa for 5Days and 4 Nights with The Travelius. The trip was well coordinated and Resort allotted was centrally located and nearby to the beach. The Resort though was not so good and did not seem worth of money we paid. The Breakfast options at Resort were also very poor. The staff at Resort were very friendly and helpful.The guided tours were well coordinated and we enjoyed the trip. Overall it was a memorable trip and thanks to The TraveliusTeam.

The trip was very good overall. The pricing was also better than other agencies for the services given by TT. Would highly recommend this agency. There were some glitches but everything was sorted out immediately after informing about those which has to be really appreciated. I have had very great trip to bali arranged by The Travelius. My Experience with the travelius was very good. The travelius team coordination was very good from the day one. They have made a trip plan as per my wish and they were ok to change the plans during the trip also. Driver was very cooperative and helped us when we struggle to exchange our old series (1996) dollars. Thanks to entire team and keep the same work forever. Two things to be noted when you plan a trip for bali. Carry fresh and crispy new series dollors. Bali money exchangers don’t accept the old series dollars below 2000. Plan to carry to food items especially for those only eat veg

Right from the pick up at the airport till the drop almost everything was perfect. The new jersey house boat at Srinagar was warmth personified and it felt so at home to all of us. The caretaker there took care of all our needs and requirements. Irfan, our driver, who guided us to gulmarg sonmarg and took us to leh was friendly and was very informative. The camp at kargil was clean, comfortable and served its purpose. The manager there showered us with his hospitality even though we reached late at night. Hotel Nalanda was the creme de la creme of the trip. Right from the manager mr. Rahul to all the staff there, everyone was very courteous and met all our demands with a smile on their face. The nature’s nest camps at nubra lacked electricity facilities and as a result it was difficult for us to manage with the kids around. The food also was average stuff. The royal camp at pangong provided us with solar lanterns and hot water bags to combat the plunging temperatures but there was completely no water at the washrooms. Mr.Jigmet solved our issues with the driver in leh and was very helpful and met us in person to hear us out and resolve the problems between us and the driver. On the whole it was a wonderful, memorable and once in a kind trip which left us all with fond memories of srinagar and leh. Gulmarg, zero point, kargil and war memorial

Hello Monica, First of all I would like to apologize for delay in sending you the feedback. I hope it’s not too late. The tour arranged for us was really good and well managed. Unlike a few service companies where they don’t care after the customer makes the payment, The Travelius was very good with all the services it offered. the representative for us was Monica, who was very supportive and always available, which is probably the most important thing. Traveling to a new country all together where we really don’t know anyone, such good tour managers eliminate all the worries. Not even once we felt clueless. They were just a phone call away and helped us with all the necessary arrangements. Right from the local travel tourists to the drivers, everyone was not just polite but very friendly. However, since we paid so much, the experience could have been better if we had got our own private cars instead of a mini-bus that had to be shared with other tourist couples while pickup and drop off. While the tour managers made sure we see all the exotic locations of Mauritius and don’t miss out on any place, we wish they had given us more time to see a few places including Ile aux cerf island, which in our opinion was the most beautiful beach we saw there but we were given only 45-60 minutes to your the island which was little less. The number of hours of the tour every day could have been extended so that the overall experience is much better and there are no regrets. I would definitely book my next tour with the travelius and would love to have Monica as point of contact. She has been wonderful and have given me very competitive rates. I think we got Best deal from The Travelius, Only goof up happened at the time we arrived at airport and nobody was there to pick us, driver came real late. Rest all co-ordination was good as per itinerary , Few things were there which were promised earlier and not given, It was our mistake too that we did only Notice in Singapore. Hotel has good breakfast as per my choice. Singapore is a Fun place I think few more things can be included in The package overall I must say it was good Trip. Wonderful experience I will again try this in my next holiday as well. Cheers..!!

It was a trip worth remembering for a long long time. I booked it through The Travelius and my contact person Mr. Arnav helped me plan the trip and handled overall execution with perfection. Best part of the trip was on-ground travel arrangement at Bali (airport pick-up to 5 days site-seeign to airport drop), my driver Putu was instrumental in making our ride safe and fun. Both the hotels were good, particularly Alam Puisi experience was top-notch. Only disappointment was ‘Vegetarian food’ in both the hotels’ break-fast spread as well as during ‘Bounty -cruise’. Since Itinerary was planned with thorough discussion, it came out wonderfully so kudos to Arnav and team for that. All the best and keep-up the good work..! Ground transportation arrangement was superb and so was the candle night dinner @Bangles of Nusa-Dua Snorkling at Lemboghan island, Jungle safari and mall @Nusa-dua for shopping.

In Singapore, we had to wait at the airport for 40 minutes till the cab came to pick us up. While leaving Singapore, the emergency number given to us didn’t picked up our call. Again we had to wait for 20 minutes as per the time given to us. The driver who came to pick us from Bali airport wasn’t informed about no. of passengers traveling. Bali Hotel was nice. The staff was courteous

We planned this trip by The Travelius which gave us very good services. the duration was for 6 nights and 7 days, but we felt the duration should have been more. Hotel- The Ravenala Attitude is really a very beautiful hotel with very good rooms and services. Beach areas were fantastic. Tours planned were also good. Really a memorable and amazingly awesome honeymoon trip. Sports activities like Para sailing, undersea walk, speedboat ride, Tube rides were awesome. Also staying at beach in evening till night with cool air breezes can really take your heart away.

Malaysia trip can be still more organized. best moment was when we were in the Singapore flyer. but that wasn’t included as a part of our package. another moment was during wings of time. we enjoyed a lot 🙂 then we enjoyed few rides in Sunway lagoon Malaysia.

I went to Thailand ( Phuket,Krabi and Bangkok).The best trip I ever had. All went very smoothly and as per the plans. 3 days we spent in Phuket areas and journey to the phi Phi islands was amazing experience. Next two days in Krabi where we had much better experience than Phuket with island trips snorkeling and sea food in Krabi is really good. Poda, Tup, chicken islands and Princess caves are beautiful places to visit. Last two days spent in Bangkok. City trip planned in Bangkok was not communicated to local travel agencies which was bit disappointment. But we had personal trip to Chatuchak weekend market for shopping and MBK center in Bangkok for shopping which was really worth visiting. overall I felt a worth for each penny we paid. Mauritius!!!!One of the best Trips I’ve had so far. Mr. Tiwari was my travel agent who guided me in Choosing the Resort. He explained in detail about each coastal area … how sandy and rocky each coast will be… about night life in West side … He also had good knowledge about the packages and adventure activities. The Travel was quiet Comfy (Air Mauririus and Air India colab) Stay @ Le Surcof was really awesome. The beach was rite outside our beach window. Early morning sunrise was a beauty to watch everyday. It was a nice trip, everything was as promised. The Tenjung Benoa resort was average, although they upgraded pur room but AC was not working properly, otherwise it was fine. On the other hand Kampoeng villa was too good. Lil glitches during trip but got sorted in time, so no complaints. Driver was a nice person but had difficulty in speaking english, we had to use Google translator to talk to him. Paras helped us to arrange the trip and gave good suggestions. Thanks for the memorable trip!!

First day hotel room at Jaipur was not so good and also their service and at Bikaner the breakfast was limited , rest all the trip was awesome and also driver too Bikaner / Jaisalmer hotels were very good , Local food best Tip: Generally book the hotels nearby market place so that in evening after drop we can explore it Dal batti at some places were awesome.

The overall trip was very good. We enjoyed a lot through out the trip. It was an awesome experience in Goa. South Goa was average but north Goa is fantastic. But I regret the same thing that we could not visit Dudh sagar/Grande Island. We wish we had some more days to make this trip excellent. North Goa by Scooty ride is outstanding experience.

My trip was very enjoyable especially singapore. I enjoyed very much in universal studios, wish we could have spent more days in singapore. Malaysia was OK because nothing much options were given for us like sunway lagoon or ITEC city or putrajaya tour etc, genting highlands was wonderful. There were not many options for us vegetarians in genting,otherwise it was a memorable trip. Wish we had more sightseeing options in Malaysia. The best memory has to be universal studios undoubtedly, all the scenery and all the rides was just amazing

The moment we were driving towards the hotel, we were convinced that Mauritius was the perfect destination to start the journey of our married life. The hotel was really courteous and beautiful. We had a good view of the beach from our room. The highlights of our trip were definitely the ones to Aux Cerf Island and Casela Bird Sanctuary. Although we missed a day due to bad weather, the walk around the neighborhood of the hotel was just awesome. The South and North trips were decent. Only the visit of the chamarel for us was particularly eye catching. Quad biking in Casela Bird Sanctuary and Underwater Sea walk

Saurabh from The Travelius Delhi….provided good support since day of booking to end of tour. 5 star rating given to services at Thailand… saurabh is a good co-ordinator but observed that after bookings few iteranary changes not updated on time even after multiple request and didn’t get scheduled call before start of tour which suppose to explain about tour in details, point of contact at various places at Thailand and much more…rest thing are good. Pickup from Phuket wasn’t fine.. Driver’s behaviour towards Indians wasn’t good..as we were the only Indian couple in that shuttle.. Smoking cigratte while talking to clients… And much more…. Rest All the tour was fine…Services from The travelius were excellent in Pattaya and Bangkok.but service in Phuket were not so fine….

We had travelled to Phuket(3 nights) Krabi(2 nights) and Bangkok(1 night 2 days). The days of Phuket and Krabi are really wonderful, those days are recalling everyday, But when it comes to Bangkok, as per itinerary we had a city tour included in the package but it was not communicated to the local coordinator in Thailand, so we would have to plan our days our-self which was costed more from our wallet. secondly we missed the airport transfer from Bangkok hotel which would made us to book a separate taxi us to get transferred. We were in near by restaurant to have food the local coordinator did not called us for the pick up, but the local coordinator were really Good in Phuket and Krabi. Nevertheless we had a Great time and memories… Thanks to the travelius. there is a also a little improvement in the services i.e they has to stick to their itinerary as documented to us. The whole trip made us memorable.. Phuket and Krabi are perfect spots for Romantic gateways.

Our honeymoon trip to Thailand was very excellent and value for money experience. Special thanks to Mr. Rohit for all the arrangements and timely services. He was extremely helpful and made our whole trip a memorable event. All the three hotel locations were very good and the rooms were neat and clean. Keeping our concern in mind, Indian veg restaurants were on a walkable distance from our staying location, which is very admirable. Cab services were commendable too, we were almost half an hour late for our travelling from pattaya to bankok but the driver showed a great patience and waited till we arrived. All in all it was a great trip and awesome arrangement and facilities. I would definitely suggest I need trip travels to my relatives and friends and also would contact in future. We traveled to Mauritius for our honeymoon. It was great experience, with proper planned itinerary and excellent hotel for stay. Suchita from the travelius helped with the planning. We stayed at Veranda Grand Baie. The hotel was great and the chef there ensure we were served quality vegetarian food. The hotel has good beach activities provided at no extra cost. Travel Days: 4 nights 5 days Location: Sun Island Resort & Spa, Maldives This resort was suggested by Apoorva from the travelius and I must say it was an excellent one. The resort and all the arrangements were awesome. The package was within our budget and they gave us good deals. As they promised, there was no hidden charge taken by the travel organizer. Apoorva was coordinating during the whole planning. she was very polite, prompt, and always gave the required information very clearly. One small tip to those who may travel to Maldives, make sure that your travel organizer provides your landing time in Maldives to your resort (in our case, it was missed). The resort will arrange your pickup accordingly if the time is provided. For us, we had to wait for 4 hours in the airport. However, we utilized the time and roamed around Male. The trip was absolutely memorable. Thanks to The Travelius.

We recently visited Mauritius. It is an amazing holiday destination. Paras from the travelius helped us in planning this trip. He has been extremely helpful and useful for planning this trip. We planned for a week’s time to spend which was worth it!! Paras has given us even the minutest detail which helped us saving a lot of money. We stayed at Sugar Beach Golf & Spa Resort, a 5 star rated property. It is a mesmerizing beach resort to stay at, very near to market place, public transport reachable.. An issue which we faced being pure vegetarians was food. The hotel caters to the need of Non-vegetarians on a whole. Very difficult to find Indian food (roti, chapati, tea.. impossible to find, especially at the hotel) Other than finding food, we completely enjoyed the trip. We will surely recommend the travelius and contact for future travel plans.Thanks Paras..

I dont think i would get a better package than what the travelius offered me. They understood my requirements and type of sightseeing I was interested in and customized my package accordingly. Prompt service and always ready to help. Watching my 3 year old son meet his favorite characters in Disney land. He was over the moon. Totally worth every penny spent for the trip

Hotel & activity destinations were at two far ends. Tanah lot temple at one end, dinner hotel on other and the hotel for our stay at other farthest end. Spa, temple tour and dinner all in one day was too much as all the places were very far and we took 3.5 hrs to reach Tanah lot and we were told that its hardly half n hour far. Our guide ” Putu” was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, ayung river rafting was truly fun. All thanks to The Travelius and our dear “putu”.

I would start with a Thank you to Ronit from The Travelius to put everything into place and guiding in Hotel selection and trip advice, forex etc. It was a one stop shop. Regarding destination it was a beautiful destination, warm people, plenty of water sports and culinary extravaganza. I would like to suggest only one thing that you can suggest many more things to do instead of the standard package. We did Blue Safari sub scooter and visited the Rum factory, Curious Corner on one of our free days and these were real highlights

We booked a 6N-7D trip to Seychelles for our honeymoon, and everything was very well arranged. The hotels, pick-ups, transits and all other communication were very smooth and well-coordinated, including few last minute changes from the airline. Wonderfully planned trip overall. The only issue was that the ground team at Seychelles had a minor issue during check-out on final day of the trip where they arrived a little late for the pick-up, but the timings were arranged such that we still did not have a delay in our overall plan. A big thumbs up for Saloni and the team at The Travelius! Looking forward to more trips in the future

Singapore is beautiful place. We had lots of great memories over there. Weather was also nice during our vacation. Universal Studio, Garden By-the-way Experience was too good and every one should cover this place during vacation in Singapore. We only faced problem for our Vegetarian meal. Apart from it, the tour was good. Coming to Malaysia, Sunway-Lagoon is nice place to enjoy with friends. we did not find Malaysia much worth. Only we went Twin Tower, KL Tower, King Palace, Mosque, and two other city shops(Chocolate gallery & leather shop). Although, in our itinerary , we had lots of places mentioned but our traveler refused to take us to those places. According to him, itinerary is according to the Travel Agent of India but he can only take to those places which they include for all in their itinerary. Overall experience was good, everything was well managed by our trip advisor Mr. Singh from The Travelius. In Future we would like to book more trips with The Travelius only. Thankyou The Travelius for creating memories for us !! Singapore- Garden By-the-way (Cloud forest, Flower Dome), Universal Studio(Transformers Ride, Mummy Ride, Jurassic park, Battlestar Galactica), Sea Aquarium, Sentosa (W.O.T.) experience to these places was very good and for shopping we enjoyed our time at Little India & mustafa place. Malaysia -Twin Tower, KL Tower, Sunway Lagoon(many water rides are there, bungee jumping, rope way and other sports). Malaysia don’t have much attraction points. anyone can easily cover these places in two days only.

It was a wonderful trip. All facilities mentioned was good like Pick and drop, sightseeing etc. Resort was also good but rooms were not that great . Food was not that good at resort it was repetitive almost on all day not much variety in non veg. Overall it was good trip in my budget , i have not faced any issues.

Booked my Dubai Trip with The Travelius, I would say well organized in terms of Punctuality of time and itinerary. But certain things not up to the mark as committed during Booking by saying 5 Star, For example – Marina Cruise. Dubai City Tour was just a waste of time as Tour Guide was pathetic and was not having knowledge about the city. Will rate 7 out of 10 for the traveler

I got flawless pick up, drop & sightseeing throughout the 8 days in phuket bangkok & pattaya. I really like the special effort made by Saloni from The Travelius. It was a lovely experience. The only thing missing was Vegetarian Indian cuisine in breakfast as well as lunch in Phuket and breakfast in Bangkok at Woraburi Sukhumvit. Resort I Phuket and Pattaya are fabulous. It was really memorable trip for us. Thanks to all the effort and personal effort made by Saloni. Resort in Phuket and Pattaya. Phi Phi Island is awesome and activities at coral island are mind blowing.
